1. Cancellation Policy
For Services (Consultations / Programs):
Clients may cancel a booked consultation or program before the scheduled call time. Cancellations made after the scheduled start time or in case of a no-show may not be eligible for a refund.
For the 7-Day Sugar Reset: The ₹499 booking fee covers the personalised assessment, planning, and reserved clinical time. Once the assessment process has begun, cancellations may not be eligible unless covered under the refund policy outlined below.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If you follow the 7-Day Sugar Reset protocol and do not observe any early improvement indicators as outlined during your consultation.
If a booked service was not delivered as promised.
Refund eligibility is assessed based on protocol adherence and participation, not on guarantees of medical outcomes.
Processing Time:
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund within 7–10 business days
